RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The product may be returned when:

The product is undamaged,

The product is unused,

The product is complete; with original packaging,

The period is within 14 days of receipt,

The defect is not outside the warranty period,

If the product does not meet the conditions listed above, depreciation may be charged. If the product can no longer be sold, the depreciation can amount up to 100%.

If you have received a damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible. Do not wait too long!

Handling your return shipment

Use strong packaging to pack the product, make sure that the product is well protected and cannot move freely to avoid damage during the transit.

Do not forget to include the return form, which you will receive by e-mail. Otherwise, there is a good chance that your return processing will be delayed.

Note: the shipping costs of the return shipment are to be covered by the customer. You are also responsible for your return shipment. We therefore recommend insuring your package.

After receiving the returned product

We will inform you by email after we’ve received your return. We need to determine whether the product is in good condition and complete. If this is the case, we will start the return procedure.

If the product has been worn and damaged, we will have to charge you for this. These costs are equal to the selling price of the item that you have paid, or to the amount of the costs that we have to incur for having the item repaired. In this case, we will contact you first before we start your return procedure.

If the product is defective or damaged, we will determine whether this is covered by warranty or not. If the defect can be repaired under warranty, there will be no costs involved for you. In case the defect is not covered under warranty, we will reach out to you.

From the moment we have received your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to you as soon as possible and always within a maximum period of 14 days. We will make the refund with the same payment method that you used to pay the product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
